in fact, because of hurricane sandy, new jersey governor chris christie actually cancelled halloween. he tweeted this today. he said, it's just not safe yet to be out trick or treating. so, halloween has officially been postponed until monday. does he really have the authority to -- [ laughter ] -- cancel halloween? this seems very suspicious to me. especially considering the fact that he just posted this photograph on instagram.
